All initial consultations and case reviews are free. Our firm typically handles cases on a contingency fee basis, which is a percentage of the recovery. In other words, there are no attorney's fees charged in the case unless the client recovers. This arrangement affords our clients the opportunity to meaningfully participate in the civil justice system and gives our firm great incentive to maximize all recoveries.
